Courses and Curriculum
Students in the Corporate and Commercial Law Program (CCLP) will develop an extensive knowledge of business law issues and practical business skills. During their second- and third-years of law school, Program students pursue a specialized curriculum featuring doctrinal courses and experiential learning opportunities in the Community Economic Development Clinic and legal externships, leading to a Certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law. This knowledge makes our students practice-ready and able to step into summer clerkships, their first jobs out of law school and their legal careers in business law.

You are also invited to discuss the Program with faculty members and with the Program’s administrative director. Students choosing to participate in the Program may complete and submit a Program Enrollment Form.
