Professional Biography
Heather received her law degree from Willamette University College of Law in 1996 and her LL.M. In Taxation from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2023. She is an attorney licensed in Oregon and Colorado and is certified to practice before the United States Tax Court.
Heather is a member of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association. She actively participates in pro bono initiatives and community events across Colorado.
