Associate Professor María Guadalupe Martínez Alles is a panelist for two workshops discussing torts and retribution at the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez in Chile next week. “Workshop on Torts and Retribution” focuses on her compelling new book “Torts and Retribution: The Case for Punitive Damages” (Cambridge University Press 2025) and brings together specialists from Chile, Argentina and the United Kingdom to comment on her book and discuss its contributions to civil liability.
