Book Workshop at the University of Girona
"Torts and Retribution," the 2025 Cambridge University Press publication from Professor María Guadalupe Martínez Alles, is the focus of the "Philosophy of Private Law Workshop" at the University of Girona in Spain on February 24, 2026.
The workshop will feature a discussion of the book and related topics, with guest speakers from the University of Hong Kong, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, the University of Edinburgh, and Universiteit van Amsterdam.
