In addition to ensuring that all nominees meet award criteria, nominees selected as finalists for a Law Stars award will undergo a thorough vetting process to ensure alignment with the standards and values upheld by the University and the Sturm College of Law.

Note that, while all five Law Stars awards may be awarded on an annual basis, they are not required to be awarded on an annual basis.
