Professional Biography
A. McDowell is a Faculty Support Specialist for the Sturm College of Law and is the Program Coordinator for the American Center on Politics at the Sturm College of Law. A. joined the team in November of 2017.
A. is an alumna of the University of Denver, graduating in 2011 with a BA in Public Policy and Social Services and a Masters in Global Affairs in 2015. She has a diverse background which includes experience in higher education as an adjunct political science faculty member at RRCC and an executive assistant in a Japanese based telecommunications company. She has also served as a counterterrorism consultant for the Colorado Coalition for Genocide Awareness and Action during their 2016 project to combat the online radicalization of Colorado’s youth.
