Professional Biography
Alex Wilschke began his legal career as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps, serving for ten years as a trial prosecutor, trial defense counsel, and supervisory defense counsel. He also served for over a year in Al Anbar Province, Iraq. Alex has the rare distinction of having tried and won cases as a civil plaintiff's lawyer, civil defense lawyer, criminal prosecutor, and criminal defense lawyer. Today, Alex practices Plaintiff’s medical malpractice throughout the United States.
He is a graduate of The Colorado College, BA, The University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, JD, Colorado State University, MBA, University of Colorado, MS.
He is licensed to practice law in Colorado, North Carolina, Arizona, Washington, and Wyoming and Several Federal Courts.
