Faculty Present Supreme Court Term in Review

On August 21, 2025, Associate Dean for Faculty Scholarship and Provost Professor Nancy Leong convened a meeting of nearly 30 Sturm College of Law faculty members to hear presentations by colleagues on significant opinions from the 2024-2025 Term of the United States Supreme Court. The faculty presenters addressed the relevance of the opinions to existing law, the current status of ongoing proceedings in some cases, and the implications of the decisions going forward.
