Student attorneys in the fall 2025 semester of the Civil Litigation Clinic (CLC) at the Sturm College of Law wasted no time getting into court to advocate on behalf of clients, who otherwise were not eligible to receive or who could not find pro bono representation. In fact, all eight students have conducted a trial on the merits this semester. This was a faculty-first for Professor Tammy Kuennen who is in her twenty-second year of teaching the clinic. The student attorneys litigated cases in the areas of wage theft, eviction defense, and civil protection orders. It has been a busy, exciting, and historic semester for the CLC.
