Professional Biography

Wesley Parks is an adjunct professor who teaches Negotiation and Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Wesley also coaches the DU Law mediation advocacy team. In 2021 and 2023, Wesley coached the DU Law mediation advocacy team to two regional championships at American Bar Association’s Representation in Mediation Competition. Wesley’s full-time job is with the Colorado Department of Law where he works as an Assistant Attorney General in the Revenue and Regulatory Law Section, Nursing and Professional Boards Unit. At the Colorado Department of Law, Wesley represents professional boards in administrative litigation and appeals, and he provides general counsel to administrative agencies. He is a past Chair of the Colorado Bar Association – Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. Wesley was the 2021 Denver Bar Association Pro Bono All Stars award recipient, and, in 2023, he graduated from the Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training program. He enjoys tennis, hiking, and skiing during his leisure time.
