At Drake, Tanya served as the Associate Director of the Legislative Practice program, a certificate program for students interested in legal careers involving public policy, the legislative process, and politics. At DU, Tanya continues to mentor law students interested in political careers.

Tanya teaches and consults on a host of writing and appellate advocacy topics.
