Professional Biography
Michael received his JD from DePaul University College of Law and a Master's in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois School of Information Sciences. Before becoming a law librarian, Michael worked as a prosecutor for the City of Chicago and as a staff attorney for the Illinois General Assembly's Legislative Reference Bureau.
