THE VED NANDA CENTER  INVITES YOU

to join us for a timely discussion on how the international legal community has responded to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The talk will explore the proposed EU ad hoc Court of Aggression, designed to prosecute the crime of aggression; the International Criminal Court’s indictment of Vladimir Putin, albeit for a narrowly framed offense; international initiatives to document Russian war crimes; and efforts to build the capacity of Ukrainian prosecutors to handle complex war crimes cases domestically.
