Extern’s Final Evaluation
Thank you for participating in the Legal Externship Program, we hope that you have had a challenging and rewarding experience.
Please answer the survey honestly and completely. This form may be completed at any time within the last two weeks of your externship. An anonymous copy of this evaluation will be available to future externs to view unless you direct the Externship Office otherwise. Supervising attorneys will not have access to view your evaluation.
Instructions for Extern Survey
1. The extern can complete the survey either:
a. in one sitting
b. or by returning to the survey periodically until completed
2. To save the unfinished survey so that it may be completed at a later date, the extern must first click “Next” at the bottom of the page.
3. The extern can then close the web browser and return to the URL below (in number 5) to resume the survey until the survey is complete.
4. Please note:
a. To resume the survey where left off, the extern must use the same computer he / she started with; and
b. If the survey sits idle without the user clicking on “Next” the results of the survey may be disrupted and the extern may not be saved and the extern may be unable to complete the survey.
