Candidacy
The Transportation Law Journal is the sole transportation journal of its kind in the United States and has been proudly edited by DU law students since its inception in 1969.
Transportation Law Journal editors can expect to encounter a broad range of subject matter in preparing articles for publication, including submissions from industry professionals in areas such as aviation, maritime transport, and overland carriers. Some examples of recent articles include high-speed rail financing methods, Railway Labor Act and an examination of fuel economy standards.
