Abstract: Over the course of his distinguished career, Judge Edward has authored or co-authored nearly 100 articles. A selection of those articles, which date from the 1960s through 2005, are presented here. The selection include articles written in the earliest days of Judge Edward’s career right through his 15 years as a Judge of the Court of First Instance and later as Judge of the Court of Justice of the European Communities.
