Visiting Speaker Tomas DiBiagio will speak to independent counsel’s role in managing risks for today’s global business.

His presentation will discuss:
(1) the expectation by regulators that global businesses “color between the lines;”
(2) why businesses fail to meet this expectation;
(3) the consequences of not meeting this expectation; and
(4) the practical skills needed by an independent legal counsel to manage these risk.
