Tues, Feb 26th: Black Lives Matter Lunch Talk with BLM Director of Law, Marbre Stahly-Butts 12-1pm Room 165

Shaping Denver's Future

Interested in Land Use or Real Estate Law? Come to a lunch panel on February 25th in LAW 155 to hear from professionals practicing in the field! They will be speaking about their career path, day to day activities, and what they like and dislike about practicing in the field.

Lunch will be provided and CPD credits are available.

Surviving and Thriving as a New Corporate Associate

Business Law Society is hosting a panel of young corporate attorneys, all alumni of SCOL, who will do their best to debunk myths of corporate practice. There will be a reception at Asbury Provisions following the event.

Panelists include: Brittany Bliffen, 2nd Year, Brownstein, (M&A, General Corporate), Connor Hannagan, 1st Year, Brownstein (M&A, General Corporate), Zach Siegel, 4th year, Brownstein (Real Estate), Mike Havlik, 4th year, EverCommerce (Corporate Counsel), Josh Rosenholtz, 3rd year, Cooley (Bank Finance), and Katherine Snow, 2nd year, Cooley (Emerging companies, M&A, fintech).

This event is co-sponsored by the CDO and qualifies for CPD credit.

When: Monday, February 25th
Panel: 4:00pm-5:00pm in room 155.
Networking reception with panelists and fellow BLS members: 5:15pm – 6:30pm at Asbury Provisions.
Appetizers will be provided.
Please feel free to attend the reception even if you cannot make the panel.

This event is open to BLS members as well as all other Sturm Students.
