Civil Rights Claims for the Spanish-Speaking Client | L47xx

This course is designed to target rights commonly unknown to Spanish-speakers in the United States from a litigation perspective. Topics will include federal civil rights, EEOC claims, Colorado civil rights division of DORA, and the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act. The course will examine both the substantive law and procedural hurdles in representing clients. The course will be taught in Spanish.
