Criminal Procedure Practicum | 47xx
This course will take students through the life of a criminal case from both the prosecution and defense perspectives. Students will be provided with discovery from a criminal case and will alternate serving the role of defense attorney and prosecutor as the class goes through each procedural step of the case from the arrest/detention hearing to arraignment, motions practice, trial and sentencing. The goal of the course is to provide students with the opportunity to practice all the real-world steps of a case with instruction along the way.
