Immigration Law & the Workplace | L47xx

Immigration Law & the Workplace will examine the processes and procedures of employment-based U.S. immigration as it relates to foreign professionals; persons of extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, and athletics; intracompany transferees; and skilled, unskilled, and agricultural workers. This course will also explore immigration enforcement affecting employers and the balance between making needed workers available to U.S. employers and protecting jobs of U.S. workers
