Consumer Financial Protection Law | L47xx
This course introduces students to the predominant consumer financial protection laws covering mortgages, credit cards, auto lending, debt collection, and credit reporting. Students will learn the laws and regulations to prepare for litigating consumer disputes or advising lenders and servicers about regulatory compliance. Grades will be based on a final exam and student participation, including a team presentation.
