International Business Negotiations |
This course is a fully experiential course in which students engage in a simulated negotiation with a partner school. Students analyze a proposed international business relationship, evaluate possible legal frameworks to achieve the goals of their clients and conduct negotiations with the proposed business partner to determine the terms of the relationship. The negotiations are conducted both through written communications, telephone conference and Skype sessions. If the results are successful, students draft the final term sheet for those transactions necessary to implement their client's agreement.
