Water Law is an introductory course for students interested in pursuing water law. It covers private property rights in water, and the legal and environmental controls surrounding it. Students should take LAWS 4025 Administrative law prior to enrolling in this course.
Prerequisites: L4025 Administrative Law recommended but not required.
