This required course provides an introduction to the administrative process of government. Topics include Constitutional issues of separation of powers; delegation of legislative and judicial power; legislative and judicial authority in government agencies; agency exercise of policy-making functions; and controls imposed on agencies by administrative procedure legislation, Constitutional principles, and judicial review of agency action.Pre-requisite/Co-requisite: LAWS 4164-Constitutional Law
