Petition to Overload Form

The American Bar Association, Standard 304(f), states that "a student may not be employed more than 20 (twenty) hours per week in any week in which the student is enrolled in more than 12 (twelve) class hours." Students working more than 20 hours per week will not be approved for a credit overload in excess of 12 hours for any semester.
