Maggie Marron is a visiting professor in the Community Economic Development Clinic. Before joining the Denver Law faculty, Maggie was an attorney at the Community Development Project at the Urban Justice Center in New York City, where she represented grassroots nonprofits, worker cooperatives, and other small businesses in their transactional legal needs. She began her legal career as a Law Fellow at the National Domestic Workers Alliance, doing workers’ rights research and advocacy in support of nannies, house cleaners, and home health care workers organizing for better working conditions in their industry. Maggie earned her J.D. from NYU School of Law and graduated with a B.A. in Urban Studies from Barnard College.
