Andi Molinet joined the Sturm College of Law in March 2018 as the Head of Technical Services at the Westminster Law Library. Before joining the Law Library, Andi was a Certified Scrum Product Owner for an integrated library system (ILS) software development company in Denver. Prior to relocating to Denver, Andi spent 22 years as the Technical Services Law Librarian at the Syracuse University College of Law, where she oversaw the library’s technical services operations. She has extensive experience in technical services management (accounts payable, acquisitions, automated data services, cataloging, and continuations/serials), integrated library systems and library automation, library systems training, Oracle database query writing, financial data reconciliation, process streamlining (workflow analysis and reengineering), and drafting policy and procedural documentation. Andi has published, and presented at a number of conferences, on technical services management and on reengineering in an academic law library. In addition to law librarianship, Andi also worked for over 16 years as a substitute Reference Librarian for the general public at the Liverpool (N.Y.) Public Library. Andi holds a master's degree in library and information science from the iSchool at Syracuse University and a bachelor of science degree, in both psychology and biology, from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.
