Community Economic Development Clinic

The COLTAF funds will be used to support the CED Clinic's work in three critically important areas: (i) funding access to another supervising attorney to increase the legal support offered to clients, including new outreach to rural communities; (ii) supporting the CED Clinic's emerging interdisciplinary work focusing on entrepreneurial efforts that lie at the intersection of social justice and technology; and (iii) providing outreach and education to small business employers who are and/or employ immigrants in response to changing immigration enforcement priorities that have generated a need for “Know-Your-Rights” trainings to prepare small business owners for workplace raids by law enforcement.
