The Denver Journal of International Law and Policy was founded in 1971 and continues to be an internationally-regarded publication on the subjects of international public and private law. Contributors have included such reknown scholars as M. Cherif Bassiouni and Myres S. McDougal, practitioners such as John E. Moye and Theodore Banks, as well as jurists such as the Honorable Charles N. Brower and the Honorable Leonard v.B. Sutton.

The Journal publishes two issues a year and solicits and accepts submissions in the fields of international public and international private law. It has always been a student-run publication, overseen by Faculty Advisors Dean Annecoos Wiersema and Ved P. Nanda, and an international advisory board comprised of international law's most distinguished scholars and practitioners.

The Journal created an online platform, The View From Above, in 2012, to supplement and facilitate more frequent scholarship in the area of international law, as well as provide a forum for real-time discussion on topics of current interest globally. It can be viewed at http://djilp.org/category/featured-articles/

To submit an article for consideration to the Journal, please see the directions under "Submissions" at http://djilp.org/online-forum-submissions/.
