KISS THE GROUND unveils a game-changer to our climate crisis: the Earth’s own soil. Here it is...we can reverse global warming. The solution is called “Regenerative Agriculture” and this film presents the research, practice, and hope we need to move forward. Together.
Stay after for a discussion of the film led by Christin Mihon.
- As Co-Chair of Mile High Farmers’ Education and Wellness Committee, Christin Mihon works to connect local farmers to each other to provide support and resources. (Mile High Farmers is a local grassroots organization for farmers and farm advocates in the Denver Metro area. It also serves as the local chapter for the National Young Farmers Coalition and Rocky Mountain Farmers Union.)
- Christin is also a Co-owner/Farmer at Tasty Acres Colorado, an “almost an acre” no-till urban farm located in Lakewood, just west of Denver. Christin and husband, Sean McCracken, started the business in 2017 and are one of the Metro area’s few year-round farms. They are wholesale-focused, and specialize in lettuces, leafy greens and baby root vegetables.
