Professional Biography

Nicole M. Quintana is an associate at Ogborn Mihm, LLP. Her practice focuses on business litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and insider misconduct matters, construction defect, and legal malpractice. Ms. Quintana has represented clients in both state and federal court in and outside of Colorado, as well as through alternative dispute resolution. In an expansion of her practice representing homeowners in construction defect litigation, she has also litigated various disputes involving homeowners’ associations. She began her career as a paralegal prior to returning to school to obtain her law degree, and she has been with the same firm since she started in the legal field.

Ms. Quintana is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she received a degree in English, and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She graduated Order of St. Ives from law school and was the recipient of several advocacy awards and scholarships.
