Michelle joined the University of Denver in June 2019 as Faculty Services Librarian and Assistant Professor in University Libraries. Prior to joining Denver Law, Michelle worked at Fordham Law School as Faculty Services Librarian. She received her JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2011. After law school, Michelle taught English in Tbilisi, was a research fellow at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, and obtained her Ph.D. in History from the University of Colorado. Michelle received her MLIS degree from the University of Arizona in 2018, where she served as a Law Library Fellow. Her scholarly research is focused on legal history and her most recent publication is “Genocide is Fascism in Action”: Aron Trainin and Soviet Portrayals of Genocide, Journal of Genocide Research (forthcoming, 2019).
