Ben Roxborough

Ben Roxborough is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.  He is currently teaching an IP Capstone course on false advertising a course that has been driven by his interest in digital media and the increased use of such media in national and international markets.

In addition to being licensed to practice law in Colorado, Ben is admitted in New South Wales and Victoria, Australia. He is one of a few dual citizens who has completed federal court clerkships in both countries.  In the United States, Ben has clerked in the Western District of Wisconsin and the District of Colorado, where he is currently working.  In Australia, he clerked at the appellate level of the Federal Court of Australia.  Ben has also spent several years working in IP boutique and international law firms, working on matters involving data centers, biotechnology, gaming software and snow retention equipment.  Much of this work has required developing litigation strategies, discovery and the drafting of complaints, Rule 12(b) and Rule 56(a) dipositive motions.
