Hello,
and welcome to my faculty Web site at the Sturm College of Law
at the University of Denver. Here you will find information about me,
the courses I teach, my education, experience, and background,
and my research interests.
Courses I Teach:
In the Fall and Spring Semesters, I teach one section of
Lawyering Process, which is the Introduction to the Law course
required for all first year students.In the Fall term I teach a
course called
Discovery Practicum, which is an
intensive introduction to the period of a litigation when
parties exchange information about a case, and prepare for
trial or settlement.
In the Spring term, I teach a course in the study of
Knowledge Management, in the
MSLA program.
This course I teach completely online. Occasionally, I also teach
Administrative
Law, in addition to teaching LP. You will find more information about

In addition to these teaching responsibilities, I am the
Director of the LP Program. In this role I am in charge of
coordinating the eight fabulous LP Professors who teach in the
Program.
