Semester 2008 - Section 2D
Lawyering Process is a required first-year course that provides
an introduction to the law and the legal system and teaches
students how to research legal questions and write about them in
several formats.In the fall semester of Lawyering Process
we learn about objective legal writing for legal office memos.
We also learn about the process that lawyers go
through to do their jobs, from legal research, to writing, and
oral presentation.

LP Course Policies document - this contains important
information about the operation of the course. Our courseware site for this
class will be hosted on Blackboard.

My office hours for this section of LP will be Wednesdays,
between 1:30 and 3 p.m., or by appointment.
