Each year, The Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute awards an Annual Prize to Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver students who have achieved the highest grades in Land
Use Planning Law courses for that academic year. The cash portion of this Annual Prize is
generously funded by the Denver law firm of Isaacson, Rosenbaum,
Woods & Levy, P.C. In addition, a treatise on land use law is awarded,
generously donated by West Group.
The 1999 winner was Holli Hartman.
The 2000 winners were Nicole Danette Garrimone
and Amy Lynette Hendrickson.
The 2001 winners were

The 2002 winner was Grant Nesbitt.
The 2003 winners were Charles Line and

Tanya Colleen Fuhrman-Wenman.
The 2006 winners were Blair Daniels, Jeremy
Ferrin and
Stephen Wichern.
The 2007 winners were Brent Butzin, Erik Dullea and Mark Howe .
