Environmental and Natural Resources Law FacultyTradition of ExcellenceThe University of Denver College of Law is proud of the tradition of excellence set by the faculty in the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Program. Our ENR faculty are respected nationally and internationally, having practiced law, taught, published, and served throughout the United States and the world. All are published scholars as well as experienced lawyers. Their expertise covers the full spectrum of modern ENR issues including: Environmental Decisionmaking; Sustainable Development; International Environmental Law; Air, Water and Hazardous Waste Pollution; Endangered Species; Preservation of Nature; Public Lands and Resources; Water, Mining, Grazing, and Forest Law; Human Rights in Natural Resource Development; and the Law of Zoning and Planning. In August 2003, the College of Law moved to a new “green” building, built to the standards of the U.S. Green Building Council’s “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design” (LEED). The choice to “go green” was strongly encouraged by the ENR faculty, a member of which served on the building committee. We are proud to “practice what we preach” and be part of an academic environment that fully supports environmental sustainable development.
