The Workplace Law Program (WPLP) offers in-depth study and training in employment and labor law. During their second- and third-years of law school, WPLP students may design a specialized curriculum, combining doctrinal courses with experiential learning opportunities in the Workplace Rights Project and legal externships, leading to a Certificate in Workplace Law. Through various Program events and activities, students are further able to interact with local attorneys and scholars in the fields of employment and labor law.

WPLP Certificate requirements may be found here: WPL_AdvisingForm15_16_FNL.pdf

You are also invited to discuss the Program with faculty members and with the Program’s administrative director. Students choosing to participate in the Program may complete a Program Enrollment Form.
