On March 23, 2010, Samuel Estreicher, Dwight D. Opperman Professor of Law at New York University School of Law, delivered the inaugural address in Denver Law’s Workplace Law Program Keynote Speaker Series.
Professor Estreicher spoke to the law school’s faculty on the topic, “Labor’s Changing Relationship to the State.” His two-day visit to Denver included a reception organized by Denver Law Dean Martin Katz, held at the offices of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, where Professor Estreicher talked to members of the local bar about recent Supreme Court cases in employment and labor law.
He also visited Professor Roberto Corrada’s Labor Law course, observing a simulation exercise on the election of union officers.
