The DU Criminal Law Review is an entirely online publication that is free without subscription to everyone. All students, academics, and attorneys are granted a limited license to print, refer to, quote, and cite the articles; however, proper credit must be provided.
No article may be reprinted in any other publication without the permission of the author and the DU Criminal Law Review.
