Events submitted through this system must be University sponsored.

Everything on this page is required, unless noted.

For on-campus events, make sure you have your room reservation prior to submitting an event.

Event Basics

The Event form is to be used for any Event happening on campus that would be beneficial for our Law School Students. Events submitted and approved before 3:00pm will be included in the daily student email message tomorrow morning and on the display kiosks. Your event will also be added to our Law School calendar.
  • Basic title—75 characters or less. Do not include quotation marks.

    Event Title is required. Please enter a value.

  • Example: For 1L Students

  • Event Location

  • If you do not have a room reserved, please make a reservation

    Both Room # and Confirmation # are required.

  • Event Date & Time

    For multi-day events, enter a start and end date.
    Events will be marked as "all day" events unless a start time is entered.

    End Date is missing or incomplete.

  • :

    End Time is missing or incomplete. Timed events must have both a start and end time.
