Everything on this page is required, unless noted.

For on-campus events, make sure you have your room reservation prior to submitting an event.

Event Basics

Events submitted before 3:00pm will be included in the daily student email message tomorrow morning and on the display kiosks.
  • Basic title—75 characters or less. Do not include quotation marks.

    Event Title is required. Please enter a value.

  • Example: For 1L Students

  • Event Location

  • If you do not have a room reserved, please make a reservation

    Both Room # and Confirmation # are required.

  • Event Date & Time

    For multi-day events, enter a start and end date.
    Events will be marked as "all day" events unless a start time is entered.

    Start time is incomplete.

    End Date is missing or incomplete.

  • :

    End Time is missing or incomplete. Timed events must have both a start and end time.
