Construction & Real Estate Law Society

Mission Statement
The University of Denver Construction and Real Estate Law Society (CRLS) exists to create and promote opportunities for education and careers in construction and real estate law. The CRLS provides a forum for students interested in combining their legal education with their interests and skills in construction project management; architecture; engineering; real estate sales, brokerage, and development; urban and community planning; and environmental or “green” development.
The CRLS strives to foster relationships between the University of Denver College of Law and the engineering, construction, and real estate communities. The CRLS provides students with insight into the growing specialty of construction and real estate law. The club strives to keep students abreast of current laws and regulations within the industry while allowing students to gain familiarity with the engineering and management underpinnings of complex construction projects.
