Thomas T. Grimshaw, Esq., of Grimshaw & Harring, P.C. in Denver, received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1953 with a Journalism major and a minor in Political Science. He received his law degree from Northwestern University in 1956 and has practiced in Denver, Colorado since that time. His legal specialties are public infrastructure funding and construction, and land use. He was elected State Representative in 1967 and served until 1970. While a State Representative, Mr. Grimshaw sponsored the Colorado Housing Act. He was a member and the Chairman of the Colorado Housing Authority (1873-1988), the Lakewood Housing Authority (1976-1981) and the Colorado Housing Finance Authority (Chairman, 1993) 1986-1997. He is a Commissioner on the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws.
