Special District Experience: Represents Firm special district clients in all matters including, but not limited to, advice with regard to bond issuances, revenue sharing arrangements, multi-district structures, cost recovery agreements, private/public partnerships, construction bidding and contracting, compliance with TABOR and other applicable laws, intergovernmental agreements, easements and right-of-way acquisition, agreements, and legislative matters.

Real Estate Experience: Due diligence on small and large (1,000+ acres) properties, negotiated and drafted vacant land contracts, negotiated rolling option agreements for lot purchases for developer clients, handle ongoing real estate matters for Firm’s special district clients.
