Zeke Williams practices administrative, natural resources, environmental, and federal public lands law and litigation. Zeke combines extensive substantive knowledge with expertise in a number of industries. His clients include oil and gas companies, ski areas, renewable and conventional energy developers, hedge funds, banks, mining companies, trade associations, resort owners, and individuals. He represents clients in federal and state court litigation and appeals, and advises clients on a spectrum of regulatory issues.
Zeke has an extensive federal administrative law practice as an adviser, a representative of regulated entities, and in litigation. Zeke advises clients on federal natural resources, environmental, and federal lands law. He is a national expert on federal lands managed by the United States Forest Service and United States Bureau of Land Management. Zeke routinely helps clients nationwide obtain government authorizations that will authorize future action, including ski area permits, environmental impact statements, federal land use plans, mineral leases, and permits. Zeke represents trade associations, regulated entities, banks, and others in rulemakings and agency proceedings. He has considerable experience representing clients in federal court litigation and appeals against or in defense of government agencies of the United States. He has obtained nationwide injunctions against the United States in federal court, and obtained rulings invalidating federal regulations, agency policies, and government decisions. Zeke also represents clients in defending federal government action, and has obtained judicial rulings upholding federal and state government decisions favorable to clients.
