Richard Kornfeld is a shareholder of the Denver office of the law firm of Recht & Kornfeld, P.C. He has been admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, the 7th and 10th Circuit Courts of Appeals. Before entering private practice, Mr. Kornfeld prosecuted while-collar, violent and organized crimes as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Chicago. He now focuses on cases in international and federal implications. Mr. Kornfeld is listed in the 2005, 2006 and 2007 editions of The Best Lawyers in America. He currently serves as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Denver Law School. Mr. Kornfeld received his B.S. degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan. He has taught Basic Trial Practice since 2001.
