Leticia Peña is Deputy Regional Attorney for the Denver Regional Office of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). She assists the Regional Director in the processing of representation and unfair labor practice cases filed under the National Labor Relations Act in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and certain counties in Nebraska, Idaho and Montana. She joined the NLRB in 1990 as a Field Attorney in the San Francisco Regional Office (Region 20) and subsequently transferred to the Denver Regional Office. She has taught in the Lawyering in Spanish program since 2002.
