Leslie Ranniger teaches Legal Practice Seminar and Introduction to Small Practice Management in the MSLA program. Leslie started her own law firm in Boulder in 1990, and for over 20 years her practice emphasized corporate law and general litigation, as well as health law, real estate, and family law. Previously, Leslie practiced with Frascona and Joiner in Boulder. and with Cosgriff, Dunn & Abplanalp in Vail; she was also Vice President and General Counsel for Ameracq, Incorporated, and was appointed to monitor the Legal Services Corporation in the Western U.S. Leslie is a graduate of the University of Denver (J.D., 1985 and M.B.A., 1982) and the University of Colorado at Boulder (B.A., 1979), and is an L.L.M. candidate at the National Judicial College/University of Nevada. She currently adjudicates an array of administrative law matters for the State of Colorado, and also teaches business and health law courses at two other Colorado universities.
